Risk Order Cancellations
To ensure the security of our customers, our e-commerce platform (Shopify) automatically reviews transactions for potential fraud. If we receive a Risk Order Warning regarding your purchase, we will hold the shipment and contact you via phone or email for verification.
Conditions for Return & Refund

For Exchanges / Quality Issues (Within 180 Days): We will happily issue a free replacement or a full refund for any manufacturing defects.
For Standard Returns (Within 30 Days): If you simply change your mind within 30 days of receiving your item, we will provide a FREE return shipping label, so you will not pay any extra shipping costs to send the parcel back.
To be eligible for a standard return, your items must comply with the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, NEW, and unused condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and in their original condition.
