Products and materials

What products do you offer?
URBANLIFE offers bedding essentials including down and feather comforters, comforter sets, pillows, and mattress protectors.

What materials are used?
Our down comforters have a polycotton outer shell with feather and down fill. Our comforter sets have a polycotton outer shell with polyester fiber fill, and the pillow shams are polycotton.

Are your products OEKO-TEX® Certified?
Selected products are OEKO-TEX® Certified. Please check the certification information shown on the product page before ordering.

Ordering and shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Free standard shipping is available to eligible U.S. orders, with estimated delivery of 5–8 business days after shipment.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email tracking information to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported methods.

Vacuum packaging and refunds

Why is my bedding vacuum-packed?
Vacuum packaging helps protect the product and reduce shipping volume. Allow the product to expand after opening and follow the care instructions on the product page.

What if I find a quality issue after opening?
Contact support@urbanlife.llc with your order details and photos. After the issue is confirmed, we offer a full refund for a quality issue.

What if the size is not right?
If the package has been opened and the concern is size-related, contact us so we can discuss an appropriate partial refund case by case.

Can I return an unopened package?
If the package has not been opened, provide proof and contact us. We can arrange a return and refund after reviewing the request.
