Materials you can understand

Our down comforters use a polycotton shell with feather and down fill. Our three-piece comforter sets use a polycotton shell, polyester fiber fill, and polycotton pillowcases. We also offer OEKO-TEX® Certified products.

Comfort from checkout to delivery

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, with free standard shipping available to eligible U.S. addresses. We vacuum-pack selected bedding to protect it during transit and provide clear inspection and refund guidance.

Our business and U.S. fulfillment

URBANLIFE's business address is RM 803, 8/F, Easey Commercial Building, 253–261 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. To serve U.S. customers, inventory is stored and orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse at 4881 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761. The Ontario location is a fulfillment warehouse, not our registered business address.
